BRING ACE HOME

Hello everybody.

This is my dog Ace.  He escaped on Friday afternoon, late.  We looked for him all day Saturday thinking he was in our complex and waited at home in case someone called.  I called my Microchip company and reported him missing.  

On Monday after Dialysis I called Charlotte Animal Control at 11:00 am to see if he was there.  I was told he wasn’t.  They said no dog meeting his description was there, nor had they seen his Microchip.  I registered him with the Animal Control Operator, gave her his microchip number. 

On Wednesday I posted him on Lost and Found Pets Charlotte.  I was told that he was at the Shelter.  I called the shelter three times on Wednesday and got different stories.  My daughter left a message and they called her back.  He had already been adopted out!!!  

I made sure the Microchip was registered correctly, called 311 and Animal Control 10 times, reported him lost and gave them the Microchip number.  

I need my dog back.  I have health issues and had Dialysis Monday and Wednesday and Friday.  I am also waiting to get a bit better before Open heart surgery.  I cannot stop crying.  Being so upset is making me sicker.  

Please, I need my Ace back.  

IVE DECIDED TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION

BECAUSE IT SEEMS TO ME THAT NO ONE HAS OR MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GET HIM WITHOUT LEGAL ACTION INVOLVE .
