Hello Friends and Family of Bobby Amrhein,
First of all, Bobby would kill me if he knew this page existed, but as his sister I know he is in need of our support right now. As most of you know Bobby retired from the NYPD after 20 years of service. He achieved his dream of buying a home and moving his wife and 5 beautiful children (ages 3-11) down to Florida.
His wife Kristina has recently been diagnosed with terminal anaplastic thyroid cancer and is being treated at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in NYC. He has selflessly been at her side leaving his job and Florida life behind - all while trying to ensure that his 5 children are getting proper care and coping with the fact that their mother is dying.
Bobby has not asked for any help, but we are taking this into our own hands, because he needs us. He has always been a selfless, kind, caring and extremely funny man. Fatherhood has only amplified this and his compassion, love and worry for his children shines through when you see them together.
At this time we ask you to contribute whatever you can to help relieve some of his financial burden and allow him to focus on his children and wife. Anything is appreciated and it all will be given directly to Bobby.
Thank you for your support.
