My college  student  son was a victim  of one of those check cashing scam off Instagram  and now his account  that his money for college  goes into is delinquent  thousands of dollars  we just need a little  help getting  this account  back up to good standing so that his scholarship  money doesn't all go to pay this back.  And he can finish his Education
