Help Bethany get a Car Fund

Our daughter, Bethany, is going through some financial difficulties. Up until October of last year, she had a very good paying job, but she had her youngest son 10 weeks early, incurring a tremendous amount of medical debt, as well as not allowing her to return to full time employment (due to his need of home care).
She does not have a vehicle to get her around to Drs. appointments, grocery store, etc.
She has obtained a job that she can work from home, so she is not having to depend on state programs to get her and her family through.
With your help, she can either buy a car for cash or have a significant down payment to finance one.
