For those of you who do not know Lauren was recently diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer.As if this isnt a hard enough diagnosis there have been other challenges she has had to also face. After being told she will have to have chemotherapy she was also faced with more bad news that has added yet another difficult hurdle to get across.The chemotherapy is going to make her infertile and she is going through treatments to be able to give her the opportunity after beating this to bring new life into this world as is most womens dream.
Now to those of you who are already blessed enough to know Lauren, you know the following but to those of you who do not I will try to explain in brief words.
Lauren is one of those people that no matter what difficulty she is facing she is there for anyone else above herself and to see her having to go through something like this is absolutely heartbreaking.No matter if she met you five minutes ago or five years ago she is there to listen to you,to offer words of encouragement,all while never passing judgement(this is not something you find in many people this day in age..I consider her an old soul in a young body). She is just not someone that you can encounter and not fall immediately in love with the person that she is.
There is noone who deserves to go through this and then to have to come up with money to pay off all of these bills or to be faced with the option of never having children or not having enough to make it through the long road ahead.
We are coming to everyone for donations to try to help make this situation even the slightest bit easier for her and welcome any donations both small and large and are grateful to have such wonderful people in all of our lives to take the time out to read this.
