Eviction fund

After being unemployed last year for eight months I finally found work again. Its not what I was trained to do but it pays the current bills. It just isnt enough to allow me to catch up with the rent that fell behind last year. Now after going to court yesterday I was told I have two weeks to come up with the balance or face being on the street. It shames me to turn to this resort but I have no other options. I have no where to go if I lose this apartment and would also lose everything I own in the process.
