A chair for Karen

Hello everyone, as many of you know my mom has been diagnosed with ALS. This terrible disease hit our family out of nowhere, and knocked us all for a loop. My mom and dad face so many difficult challenges ahead, physical, emotional and financial. Much of the medical equipment she will require comes with big copays. My mom and dad are th hardest workers i know but it is hard to keep up with the disease and needs will continue to change. And my dad is doing so much caring for my mom, but it will be hard for him to care for my mom and work long hours at the same time.
My mom was recently measured for a wheel chair that will suit her changing needs and give her comfort and mobility. My parents will be required to pay 20 percent out of pocket. And that 20 percent will total close to 5,000. Thats a lot of money out of pocket just to be mobile and comfortable. This fund will try to help them cover that cost. I understand not everyone has a lot to give but every penny will help, and be greatly appreciated. I just want to see my mom comfortable and as happy as possible while she fights this terrible disease. ~ thank you
