As you may know, our friend and co-worker, Sunnee Bowden Barber was recently diagnosed with Stage 2 Lymphoma Cancer. Sunnee is a single mom of three young boys, Tyce age 12, Jex age 7, and Crew age 4.
Their small family is like a rock and have tried to handle the situations they have been dealt with as best as possible.
Because Sunnee is a single mom, funds are tight, and she is now dealing with the trial of bills and hospital costs while being unable to work even though she would really like to.
Sunnee will begin rigorous rounds Chemotherapy and radiation treatments in the upcoming week. She is being treated at the Huntsman Cancer Institute and has an Oncologist that specializes in Lymphoma Cancer.
Her name gives the best description of her personality. She is a light to everyone, showing a bubbly fun attitude in all that she does. She is constantly dancing and singing, looking for the good in the world around her. She is very determined to beat this and has such a positive outlook on her situation. She is constantly making jokes and trying to make light of the journey she is about to embark on. There is no stronger woman than Sunnee, and because of that we have nicknamed her "Wonder Women". She is truly an inspiration to all of us.
