Break in at Model Citizen!

On the night of April 5th someone broke into the Model Citizen tattoo parlor in downtown Ithaca, NY and made off with over 5,000 dollars worth of tattoo and piercing equipment. All of artist Phoebe Aceto's tools were taken, along with ink, the tips, tubes,grips, ink, and needles. The thief snatched a nikon camera, a travel printer, an Ipod touch, and thousands of dollars in piercing supplies. So far, the police have no leads or suspects, and in the meantime this small business is struggling to recoup from this crushing loss. They need our community support! Your donation, small or large, will help get Phoebe back to work, and contribute recovering these losses for Jeni Dennis and James Spiers.
We are also asking folks to keep their ear to the ground for anyone offering home tattoos or piercings, not only could they be using stolen gear but the equipment is at high risk for being un-sterile and unsafe!
