Hello everyone,
I'm coming to you today to ask for your assistance in affording just my necessary dialysis medication. I'm not the type of person that asks for help, but after being diagnosed with end stage kidney failure & multiple myloma I've come into an extreme financial crisis. Due to my conditions, I am unable to continue working. I'm applying for assistance, but the process is tedious & ongoing. My insurance has not covered the cost of the multiple medications which come to a mesmerizing $1650 per month. This is not taking into account the multiple other medications I have to obtain due to my other conditions. I'm only asking for assistance making my goal of covering 2 months worth of upcoming medications as I await for my medical insurance to be active. I have received so much mental support from family and friends, now I ask for your help with this extremely important life extending need. Please note, any donation is hugely appreciated and will help me try to fight this illness that is trying to cut my life short.
