When it rains, it pours

My mother and i have had an incredibly rough start to the year. First my truck breaks down, the transfer case blew apart while i was driving, which costs more to fix than the truck is worth. Then my mother goes in for neck surgery the day after the “emergency” is declared about this virus. The surgery went well, however she had complications from the pain meds. I took her to the emergency room 4 days after surgery due to a major bowel blockage. Ive never seen my mom in so much pain! The hospital spent 2 days treating here blockage and on the third day she came down with pneumonia and was transferred to the ICU. She was in the hospital for about 10 days, all the while she was alone. because of the virus i was not allowed to visit her at all. She is home now, but recovery is slow going. Now on top of everything else, our sewer line has collapsed. We need to fix this ASAP but we done have the money. I know the repairs will be in excess of $5000. My mother was teaching before all this happened but between her health and the quarantine she may not be able to return to teaching, at least not any time soon. I am unable to work presently because my mom needs supervision most of the time, until she gets better. We are desperate! We need the sewer line fixed and my truck repaired so i can work once Mom is better. please help in any way you can... thank you in advance for anything you can do to help us.  God Bless You.
