Medical and lawyer expenses

My nephew Justin was the victim of a hate crime. He was assaulted and jumped by 8 to 10 people in Salisbury Maryland. He suffered major injuries. He was transported to shock trauma in Baltimore and was admitted for surgery. He suffered a broken jaw on both the left and right side that required him to have his mouth wired shut. He’s bruised and swollen not only on his face but the rest of his body. He will need follow up care in Baltimore at University of Maryland, which is a 3 hour one way trip. He’s out of work indefinitely and his mother has missed time from work. This is a major hardship on Justin and his family to make sure he gets adequate medical care. He potentially could have long term effects with eating and pain so we want to prevent that as much as possible. 

Were asking for donations to help with his medical care. His medical bills are covered but transportation, gas, parking, tolls are not. He’s on a special diet because he can’t eat food. These donations will also help with retaining a lawyer to make sure the monsters who beat him are held accountable. The retainer fee is atleast 7,000 dollars to get started. We think Justin deserves justice and we hope to prevent them from doing this to anyone else.
