Gabriel's Lyme Disease Treatment

As some of you may know my sister Lauren has been suffering with chronic, late stage neurological Lyme disease. It took over 5 years for her to be properly diagnosed and she's been going through various antibiotic & other treatments now since March of 2011. My nephew (her son) Gabriel was just diagnosed with Babesia and Lyme disease late last year after some pretty traumatic symptoms. The infections were passed to him congenitally either in utero or through breast milk.
Gabriel just began IV therapy through a port in his arm and he is showing signs of improvement. We are all praying that he will make a full recovery, however, that question remains to be seen through the progress of his treatment.
Treatment for chronic Lyme disease can take many months and is unfortunately not covered by insurance. Gabriel's current treatment costs over $3000.00/month out of pocket. Any donations to help fund his treatment are greatly appreciated.
