The Courtney Family

Sean has been battling Liver Disease for many years and has been on the transplant list for over 4 years. The family reached out not long ago for live donors and received more potential donors than the transplant team had ever seen before. The Courtney family is grateful to all of you who were able to get tested. Sean is currently in the hospital with Sepsis for a 2nd time and it has been decided that the time has come for him to receive a transplant as soon as his infection has cleared and a suitable donor is found. That being said Sean will remain in the hospital, notice will be short, and the family will have to act quickly.

Those of you that know the Courtney Family are well aware of the struggles they have faced and overcome in the past. Sean & Julie are two of the most generous and caring people in our community and they are always there when neede and now THEY NEED OUR HELP.

Sean is facing months off work  (3-6 months at least) while he recovers, and a long stay in the hospital as well as London until he has been deemed well enough to come back home. Julie has been unable to work for quite some time now as she has been caring for Sean and their three children and has been battling her own health issues. Medical expenses, travel, accommodations and bills are going to add up fast.
