In October of 2010 I was involved in an accident and had nine fractures on the right side of my face. I had my operation to have it fixed and ended up with 5 plates, just a few extra metal pieces to add to the list. Over the last 3 years My gum and jaw line has shrunk and part of 2 plates are exposed and needs to be repaired. What they will have to do is open my face back up and remove the plates to put smaller ones in. Unfortunately this extra expense comes at a time that I am out of work because of school hours and is the reason why I am asking for help. Every little bit helps and thank you all.
