The virtual concert was organised by the Filipino American Voice United (FAVU) which was joined in by a number of organisations worldwide in undertaking this initiative.

The artists involved are: May May Entrata, Moira de la Torre, Pilita Corrales, Jose Mari Chan, David Pomeranz, Ian Veneracion, Bamboo, Ogie Alcasid, Martin Nievera, Regine Velasquez, Gary Valenciano, Lea Salonga, APL.DE.AP. and Manny Pacquiao. The emcees of the concert are Robi Domingo and Anthony Barion.
The nominated beneficiaries of the concert are: Caritas Philippines, PGH Medical, PHILRADS, Tuloy Foundation and ABS-CBN Foundation.
FAVU is headed by Chairwoman is Nimfa Gamez and President Jerry Perez de Tagle. The concert is under the production team of Cory Quirino.
The concert is free to watch but viewers are enjoined to make donation towards the fundraising for beneficiaries initiatives in fighting the pandemic. The concert, free tickets and donation facility can be accessed through :
