Help Bailey Get Surgery After Someone Shot Her

This morning my cat came in limping and crying. I took her to mass vet referral hospital in Woburn. They are telling me that she was shot with a BB gun. Who would do such a horrible thing? 

My sweet cat Bailey was shot in the chest. The bb is lodged in her elbow which is shattered. They want $6000 up front to do the surgery she needs and I cannot afford to help her. Please help any way you can.
