URGENT Help us get our Dogs Home

Hi Everyone,
I am the founder of One paw at a time dog rescue with my partner Shane.
We started helping dogs 8 years ago, with the dogs in the Uk pounds, and then started to help Romanian dogs and only one or two dogs at a time, everything has been going great.
I then taken a visit to China as this is something I was so passionate about and wanting to help the dogs over from the horrible deaths/torture some of them face! My first visit we went to a market and seen so many puppies, adult dogs for sale and then a meat truck turned up with around 30 dogs, all destined for the slaughter houses!!
We followed the truck to the slaughter house where I witnessed the horror, the dogs being dragged around like they was toys being thrown away in the trash!
We helped and saved around 6 at the time and slowly got them better with a team we worked with in china and slowly built up trust and people to work with, and then we started to get them home!
My second visit I went to a shelter with over 4,000 dogs and some was in horrific conditions, all had skin problems, skinny and weak! So again I helped more and now our current total of dogs in china is now 40! We didn’t realise then Covid was going to happen and that’s where things started to go wrong! I’m having so many sleepless nights with worry where our next funds what’s available will go! Each dog to fly home has gone from £650 each to now £3,500 just for a small Pomeranian size dog, we have a lovely dogs who have been waiting nearly two year’s!
sadly our funds are that low we can’t even afford one dog now. Our boarding bills are £4,000 a month in china we are 4 months behind. Our vet bills in china are high and we have our UK vet bills which are now over £1,000.
Our rescue will soon close and all that hard work we have put in myself and my team, my social life and family life that has been missed because we constantly focus on rescue will sadly be lost as we are in a critical stage now.
We are not a registered charity any sadly haven’t been able to become one due to us helping foreign dogs so we get no help with funding!

We are aiming to try and get our little senior dog home called Ginger, he deserves a home not a life in our vets.
He is a special older boy.
