This is Joel Thompson chalmers gray! 

He is 26,  he first had cancer at just 17 years old! He was given the all clear but last month he was given the devastating news that the cancer had returned again and its not curable this time! acute myeloid leukeamia. He is from carlisle but lives in sterling with his fiancé Jenna Kersey! He’s currently in carlisle now as family are here. He is planning on marrying Jenna Before time runs out.
