Forrest's Dental & Medical Fund

Hello,

My name is Forrest and I create music under the name "Mr.Kitty".

I recently went to the  dentist to get a tooth looked at and the decay is getting close to exposing a nerve that, if infected, could lead to some very serious health issues.

All four of my wisdom teeth are growing in sideways and are causing my teeth to shift, so these and the other decaying tooth need to be extracted as well.

There are various fillings for smaller cavities that also will be taking place after the extractions.

My appointment for all of this is on July 6th, 2016, which I understand, is very soon.

Lastly, I need to visit the doctor because I fell down a flight of stairs and injured my ribs. I want to be able to cover the costs for this without having to worry too much about how I'm going to pay for it.

I'm in the process of recording an album and all of this is causing me a lot of pain and discomfort and I'd like to be able to work without all of this weighing on me.
