Medical expenses and living with long COVID-19

Since July 27th 2020,I’ve have been out of work for 16 months now due to COVID-19 long term symptoms and no cure or end in site. I have numerous medical expenses and more to come. I have not received disability since January due to my medical insurance company Cigna denying my claim of not being able to work. All though I am a runner and ran a half marathon last February I now have loss of balance and walk with a cane. I have brain fog, I lose myself in conversations and words, and I have a constant burning sensation in my brain. This money would be used to pay medical bills, and help my family live and survive this enduring pandemic. Although I am Covid-19 virus free the lingering effects may effect me and my family for the rest of our lives !! Any help would be appreciated.
