Support And Prayers For Ashley

Ashley had been having some cramps in her upper back for a few weeks that she just assumed was from stress. The pain progressively got worse, and after 3 days of waiting for it to subside, Ashley sought medical attention.
On the morning of Monday, June 21st, Ashley was admitted, and after testing was diagnosed with a severe case of pancreatitis. Her triglycerides were over 10,000(Normal range being about 200). On the morning of Friday June 24th, Ashley's organs started to swell, making it difficult to breathe,so Ashley was put on a ventilator,put in a medically induced coma and was moved to ICU.
As of today(June 25th) Ashley's triglyceride levels have dropped to 900, her oxygen is improving and although still inflamed, her other organs,aside from her pancreas,are functioning properly. Majority of her pancreas is necrotic(dead), and her calcium is critically low. They are having difficulties getting her body to absorb the calcium, despite the large quantities being administered. However, her levels have increased. Ashley is still listed in critical condition and heavily sedated. The hospital staff has conveyed that if Ashley's oxygen continues to improve, they may take out the ventilator.
Ashley,Ben and the rest of their family are in need of prayers, but are also in a financial burden. A few months back, Ben had an injury and was unable to work, and Ashley was the sole provider for the family. Recently Ashley has lost her job with the post office, and the family is facing a foreclosure on their home. Prior to Ashley's hospitalization, Ben has returned to work,however, has not been now in over 6 days, in order to care for Ashley. Each day he is not there, is a day with no pay.
Though there has been some improvement with Ashley's condition, she is still in very critical condition. If you have anything to offer, $5,$10 or prayer alone,to this amazing family in a time of need, it would help to alleviate some stress for all. The medical staff encourage that people speak to Ashley, so it would be great if we could tell her that all of those that care, and love her, are pulling together to help with their financial burden.
