Iyalode Olorunsola last trip home

Anthony Olorunsola is a newly graduated Family Nurse Practitioner.  I have never met a practitioner with such a sincere desire to learn, serve and help others.  

Anthony moved to America from Nigeria several years ago to live the american dream for himself and his family.  His family sacrificed to work his way through school, and now he works long hours to support his wife through her nursing program.

Anthony's mother, Iyolode Olorunsola, moved here  to help with their 4 children while Anthony and his wife went to school. 

The Olorunsola family comes from very humble upbringings.  They cooked their meals around a fire-pit outside their dwelling.  They have come so far, and work in every way they can to serve in their work, their church, and their community.

Anthony's mother was diagnosed with leukemia 4 weeks ago, she passed away this week.  Anthony and their family were definitely not ready for this.  Anthony is feeling the weight of his brothers and sister back home in Nigeria, who haven't got to see their mother for several years and couldn't come to see her before her passing. 

Anthony's family would really like to get their mother back home to Nigeria, that she may rest in her home country with her other children.

Anthony has been working for me for the past 6 months, and I have seen a strong passionate man become broken.  He doesn't have the means to get his mama home and we are asking for some funding in order to make this a reality for the Olorunsola family.

We only have a week to gather the necessary funding, so we with great gratitude ask for your assistance.
