Save Blondie
Blondie is a 5 year-old FMD currently fostered by Taiya Holt. This poor little baby suffered a lot and continued to fight and conquer. Blondie was first seen by Taiya when he was running down the highway dragging his chain behind him. Long story short, he ended up living around her neighborhood. Different farmers fed him and tried to chain him, but neighbor's dog kept on attacking Blondie many times. Taiya witness the neighbor's dog who attacked Blondie, broke his jaw and ripped his teeth. That's why Taiya stepped in to save this helpless little soul who is infested with fleas and ticks. He was diagnosed with heartworm, luckily received enough donations to get treatment. Shortly after heartworm, Blondie had pneumonia and just started recovering, and now he got diagnosed with pancreatitis. It was literally one storm after another for Blondie.
Due to the lack of funding, foster mom has no choice but to consider asking vet to put him to sleep. Taiya plans to take Blondie home for a night to give him love and say proper goodbye in the next few days or so. However, after I made a post on the Formosan Mountain Dog Owners Facebook page, many generous beautiful souls are willing to donate and save Blondie! Thank you so much for your generosity and giving hope to Blondie. This FMD group is an amazing community!
Donation goal is in Canadian dollars.
