A message from Nate's parents:
On Saturday, February 22nd, our son Nathanial experienced a horrible snowboarding accident that resulted in much internal trauma and many broken bones (ankle, elbow, fingers, tail bone, 5 ribs and a shattered pelvis that we know of). Thanks to the life-saving effort of the ski patrol, med flight and University Hospital in Utah, our son is alive. He has already gone through numerous surgeries and most likely there will be several more to follow. Nate is in stable condition and miraculously has no head trauma or paralysis. However, he will have a long road to recovery. As one can imagine the hospital and other bills associated with his care and recovery will be substantial even though he has insurance. If you wish to contribute to this fund to offset some of these costs, we would be most grateful and thankful. Prayers, healing thoughts or any other form of well wishes are extremely powerful also and we welcome anything that will help our son recover and lead a full life.
