Help Us With My Medical Expenses

When it all started..... August 2014 I started having migraine headaches which by the way I have never had a day in my life. So as they persisted to be an issue for me I set a visit with my physician , after several month of my complaints to him he referred me to a neurologist. That visit in my opinion was like talking to the cash register because all he wanted was to get paid and get to the next patient. So with no help found I continued on in pain just dealing with them as they grew in strength and duration it was getting harder to focus and harder to spend time with my family when I got home, generally I would take Goody's powders and go straight to bed. April 2015........Tiffany and I went to lunch together as we normally did during that time as we worked together. I started with a headache that without sounding over dramatic was the worst pain I have ever felt in my life. It felt as if my head was literally was going to split in half. I told my wife what was going on and that I was going to stop by my Dr's office to let them check my blood pressure in case it was elevated due to stress I could keep calm that afternoon to bring it down. They took me right back my BP checked out ok but the nurse said to sit tight because the Dr. Wanted to check me out before I left. He came in about 5 minutes later and I'm glad he did because at that point the right side of my face had started going numb and showing signs of dropping. He asked where my wife was and if she could get me straight to the hospital I said yes so he called ahead to the ER to let them know I was on the way showing signs of stroke on the right side. When I got checked in my entire right was paralyzed for about 4 hours until the meds had kicked in. I was admitted and treated on the stroke floor for eight days when I checked out I left with about a 25% loss in strength in my right hand and had difficulty speaking and being able to comprehend and put sentences together. With time and treatments these issues have gotten somewhat better, I still have tremors in my hands, I get mentally worn out in a large loud crowd. June 2015..... I noticed that I was having a issue with my vision so we scheduled a visit to my regular optometrist for a regular eye exam. I explained what had happened and what was going on so he retired me over to a neurological optometrist during that appointment she found that I had a stroke in my optic nerve of my right eye and I have lost roughly 25-30 of the peripheral vision in my eye. August 2015-February 2016...Started receiving Botox shot treatments after two rounds of treatments my Neurologist and I have decided that treatments are not working. We also agreed on a referral to a specialty clinic, so we are headed to MUSC in Charleston in June 2016. June 2016 ...... We have been waiting since February for my appointment to get here for Dr Walker down in Charleston at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). I'm excited to see what Dr walker and his team can offer to me as treatment therapy for my migraines as they have gotten worse and are generally lasting over 24 hrs now and I can get no relief from them. I have lost over 180 lbs and I had to have a PICC line placed where I can take in a nutritional bag overnight to trying to get my energy and strength built back up.
