Lost Everything to Flood

Teressa and I came home from granddaughters 1st birthday party and flash flooding had destroyed our rental home.  We lost irreplaceable personal items but thought renters insurance covered our possessions.  However Allstate renters policy doesn't cover natural disaster.  In need of funds to replace furniture, clothing, washer & dryer, bedding, moving expenses.   All help appreciated, thanks!
