Help dad recover

Hello everyone, it pains me to share that our father Daniel was brutally attacked in his own bed on January 10, 2021. Mercifully, he managed to escape after being left to die and no means of communication to get help. Our father was able to gather his faith and strength and get out of his home. He drove himself to the hospital where he has been since with around the clock care. He is a SURVIVOR. However, he is still not out of the woods. As a result of the attack, our dad suffered significant head injuries as well as two broken hands. He will require extensive surgery to his hands, monitoring of cranial bleeding, and replacement of assistive equipment (hearing aids). He has a long road towards recovery not only physically but mentally as well. My siblings and I are going to need to dispose of some of his belongings and replace things in his home that were destroyed during this horrific event such as his mattress and carpet. We are hoping to rid his home of any reminders of how terrifying that night was. My father’s vehicle will also need to be completely detailed so there is no trace of blood left as well. My dad is the most kindhearted man anyone has ever met and would do anything for anyone in need. He is a selfless individual who puts the needs of others ahead of his own. He is a big teddy bear full of the most goofy dad jokes. The thought that someone tried to take him away from his six children, loving family, and friends is unspeakable. We want to assist our father in beginning to heal and feel at peace. Any contribution is greatly appreciated.
