She was always right there and we could feel it. The whole time. Just right there. We pleaded for help to search. 
We were never going to stop and we didn't. We did everything we could to show the world how important she was to us. And the authorities we would never stop fighting to find her. We would get out the world as much as we could to receive the help we need. We did and because of the great compassionate hearts like yours we made it this far. We still need help. So hard to plan all this out with all the effort we put in. With all the drama she deserves to have a proper barriel and put to rest. We still need your help to raise this money. We have been traumatized ourselves through this whole situation and much more trauma than we could take. We need peace as well. Help us to bring her that peace. Here is some of our story. 

My sister and I are on a mission to find our mother. Its been a week now. Our hearts are broken and it's not looking good. We have help from our local churches and communities for flight and stay for a short time to go talk and work with authorities. Investigators and news stations. Anything and everything we can do to find her. We may have to go more than once. We don't know. We are hoping and praying we can find something while we are up there. We are located in Texas. She went missing in southern colorado. We are leaving our families to go find her. We need money for possible helicopter search, maybe even private investigator. We know nothing at this point and need your help. This is the information we have so far. My mom loves her grandkids and all she ever wanted was a stable home of her own to have them all visit it. Please God let that day come. She loves her dogs to and wouldn't leave them behind like this. We need answers.

Marlena Mizell, age 49, was reported missing from South Fork, CO on January 2, 2021.

Marlena was last seen on Jan. 2, 2021.

Marlena is from Texas and was staying at The Rainbow Lodge in South Fork, CO.

Marlena was last seen on Jan. 2 fueling her vehicle, a 2012 Ford Focus blue in color and with license plate number NMK6502, at the Rainbow Grocery in South Fork. 

Marlena is 5’3” tall, weight unknown and has dark brown hair and grey/blue eyes. She has two tattoos, a hummingbird on her stomach and a butterfly on her ankle. Last seen wearing a black one-piece jumpsuit.

Marlena left without her jacket and her last purchase/bank transaction was on Jan. 2 when she purchased gas at the Rainbow Grocery in South Fork. 

Marlena’s cell phone last pinged off a tower 33 miles north of Dulce, NM around 1:00 Saturday, January 2nd.
