Help recover from a Hit and Run

Hello to anyone who may see this. My name is Vadim Shakhov. Today on New Years Eve (12/31/2020) I was involved in a hit in run accident. I was biking on a citi bike on my way to work at Trader Joe’s when a car ran their red light and hit the rear end of my bike sending me flying onto the street and proceeded to drive away. I have cuts and scraps along my legs and hands and potentially have a Sternal Fracture. I’m currently unable to sit up or be mobile by myself and require the assistance of my husband just to eat and drink. I know that this pandemic has thrown everything into turmoil with unexpected challenges and hardships but at this time I really don’t know where to turn to. I have used all of my Sick/Vacation hours at work so after next week I don’t know if I’ll be able to return to work. These funds will go directly to getting me proper medical attention and rehabilitation as well as help cover my rent while I’m out of work.
