As many know, Miss Everly has had some health issues since she was born. For the short 8 months of her life we have been admitted into the hospital 3 times with several additional visits to the ER. In the past she’s been admitted for a brain bleed, aspiration leading to a gtube placement now we’ve been admitted again for another aspiration episode that caused her to stop breathing completely. They thought that she wasn’t going to make it through the night but with God watching over her she pulled through. They found that she had a UTI and that led to sepsis which caused her to become critically ill. We thought after all the treatment for that, that she was finally getting better. She then had another episode and they did a CT scan and found a lot of fluid on her brain. They did surgery and put in an EBD and will most likely place a permanent shunt. This is very hard for us to go through and very hard to see our baby girl in so much pain. We are unsure how long we will be hospitalized but know it will be for a while. All prayers and donations are very greatly appreciated. Anything and everything helps out our little family. Thank you so much.
