Struggling with Trachea, Cancer

I am a single father trying to raise my son to the best of my abilities. However I am not receiving any court ordered child support from my sons so called mother. I have recently have had some serious medical issues that involved me having a temporary tracheotimy tube to secure my airway due to having large tumor partially removed from my trachea. The biopsy pathology report came back that I have a rare form of cancer. Called Chondrosarcoma it is a rare growth that was discovered in the cartlidge of my trachea just under my voice box. This could potentiality cause me to lose my voice for good. I am normally not one to ask for help but at this time I truly need all the help I can get to keep from losing my home and transportation. And i truly can't lose my son for not being able to somewhat provide for him. He is the reason I haven't given up and let this sittuation just run its course. He has already lost enough due to his so called mother having nothing to do with him or for him. I am having a major surgery on July 18th to remove the rest of my tumor and have a complete laryngectomy and I will not be able to talk unless I use an electronic larynx device. I will be in the hospital for 10-14 days then begins the long road to recovery and learning how to eat and swallow again.  I will not be able to work over the next few months during my recovery. I never thought my life would turn out this way but it has and I can't let this stop me from continuing to raise my son. I need all the help I can get over the next few months just to help with medical and household expenses until I can get back to a somewhat normal life and return to working at some capacity.
