Guinness’ Vet Bill

A few days ago. We had noticed Guinness had been bleeding a little bit after trying to use the litter box. We took him to the emergency vet and they chalked it up to a stress related syndrome that could be managed with a new diet. A few days go by and we start to notice he is starting to become lethargic. We took him back to the emergency vet and they determined that he does have a blockage that needs to be treated right away. They quoted me $7000 for his medication/boarding/possible surgery/and actual procedure of unblocking the blockage. This is kind of one of those things where if it is not treated soon, it can become life threatening. I hate asking for money. I’ve always been a firm believer in doing things on my own but when it comes down to my animals I am willing to do anything to make sure they are okay. Any donations will be greatly appreciated.
