This fundraiser is dedicated to Mary's journey from cancer to restorative health.
In the past I have introduced Mary as my sister, my boss, my friend, a total stranger, and now I have to introduce her as a person battling refractory large B cell lymphoma. Yeah I don't know what that means either, but I do know that Mary has faced this challenge with courage and without negativity. She has never been despaired; never a hint of worry. This is not cancer; this is a speed bump in the road of her life.

However, Mary can only do so much, her drive to win this fight is suppressed by her funds to pay the bills. Best case scenario Mary will have to be hospitalized for 2 weeks and confined to her house for the following month, worst case puts her in the hospital for 5 weeks and confined to her house for 3 months. During this time the side effects from the chemo and radiation will likely have her bed ridden, apart from the daily check-ups at the hospital. It will not be possible for Mary to work, even if she could muster the energy, the doctors have told her she isn't allowed.
Mary needs our help. There are doctor bills, deductibles, prescriptions, rent and electricity - day to day bills for the time she is not allowed to work, CT scans, X-rays, the list is long and the account is empty. Please consider a small donation to help a worthy individual. Anything you can give will be used 100% toward these expenses.
