Aiden's Battle Against Childhood Leukemia

It's been a hard year, but for some it's been a complete nightmare to get the worst news no family wants to hear......Hey dear friends, My wonderful  Barista Ashton who started working for me at Le Bebe Cakes Bakery in 2016 when she was 16 years old and still is, has a family member in great need right now. Ashton's little brother Aiden who is only 14 years old, a La Grande High School student who lives in Union with his father has just been diagnosed with childhood leukemia just days ago and started Chemo this week for a 4 to 6 week period at Children's OHSU Hospital  in Portland. I got permission to share his story and start a go fund me to help his father with health related travel and lodging expenses etc. This family will be in this journey for the long haul. Please consider helping if your family can to help this family and single dad  transition to this new medical reality. With Christmas only days away, I am hoping our community can step up and bless this family big. 

Aiden is an avid reader, goes on regular hiking trips with my dad, runs cross country and track, is in band at the high school, is extremely out going and fun loving. He's a freshman at la grande high school, he's the youngest of four, he loves anything to do with nature.
