Help for Biscuits spay surgery

took biscuit to the vet and got all the vaccinations and got her treated for an ear infection. We made an appointment to have her fixed -it’s a lot more expensive than I thought. Today was $239. Her surgery is going to be $333. We also have to buy supplies. I appreciate any additional help that you can give us . Thank you so much for your help
