Beloved Pet Max Needs Help!

Hey everyone! Our dog Max is in need of some serious help. He can no longer use his front legs and needs help moving around. He can only walk using his back legs so we have to walk along side him holding him up with his vest. We have already spent over $2000 getting him treated for some issues he was also suffering from which was a uti and e.coli. We have gone as far as we can without some help. Multiple vets have now said that he probably has something wrong in his spine right below his neck that will need surgery to correct. The mri is needed to determine this forsure. Max is the sweetest dog ever and doesn't deserve what got served to him. He has had a rough life, Max was an abandoned dog when I found him.  He was starving, filthy and basically living outside in the cold, sleeting rain. Until now we have been able to give him a normal healthy life but we now need to do something I hate to do, but have no choice, thats to ask for help. We were given an estimate of $8000 dollars to pay for his MRI diagnostics, hospital stay, medications, surgery and other associated fees for the rest of his medical needs.
