Steven Winters new kidney

Hey again everyone! For those of you who know our family, you know we have hit a financial and emotional road block in life. We received the call we had been hoping a year and a half for, giving my grandpa,  Steven Winters, a new kidney. Sadly, a day later, we received the call we never hoped we would ever get. We found out we lost a beloved family member and his daughter, Paula Winters-Heidtman. All of this hit us right before the holidays in one of the worst years for the entire world. Unfortunately this has put all of us in a very tight and heartbroken situation. On top of covering expenses for funeral services, Steven is facing tremendous bills to keep his kidney working. The cost of making the trip down to Madison for surgery, the soon to be daily lab work and medications, home health care, and frequent trips back down to Madison to make sure his kidney continues working, is adding up faster than we can keep up with. We never expected either of these things happening, especially not a day apart, and are struggling to stay above water.
