Football

They say we outgrow our childhood dreams, but I have had the dream of being a USC Trojan football player since I was five years old.  Every time I step out onto the football field a bundle of joy and excitement runs through my veins.  I always thought my senior year would be the best year of my high school career, however, due to Covid, the opportunities to wear my green, white, blue, and black colors have ceased to exist. Words cannot express the disappointment I feel. I have felt like a balloon with no air until I received a phone call earlier today.  On December 9, 2020, at 3:30 pm, my defensive football coach reached out to me with an amazing opportunity to play for a club football team. This opportunity will allow me to play my senior year and grant me the exposure I need to be seen by college universities.  I know it's last-minute, but if you could find it in your heart to donate it would be providing an amazing opportunity for a young African American male to have a positive outlet and live out a childhood dream.  Again, I'm asking for any and all help to reach my goal.
