Help Me Remove The Tumor In My Back

Hey guys its Mark I'm requesting help to remove a tumor they found in my lower back that's been causing massive pain to the point where I can't get a job. I'm a new dad with a new one on the way. I was the breadwinner and one one working at the time I lost my job so things have been tight like a lot of other families. I need this tumor removed so I can recover and start providing for my family again and be able to play with my kids again. I'd greatly appreciate all and any help you guys can spare even if it's just getting the word out. Thank you for your time it means a lot.
