Desperate situation. Injured and lost home .

I’ve never done this before but when I heard about what happened to my friend Allen and his wife; I had to do something . Allen and his wife were inside their home you see in photo during hurricane Zeta. The house had been built on top of 16ft pilings when it fell to the ground during the Hurricane. His wife suffered two broken legs; Allen suffered 9 broken ribs in the fall. They are healing from injuries, thank God. However insurance on house will barely cover mortgage owed and it will be too expensive to rebuild. Expenses are mounting...to-date they’ve had to stay in cheap motel as their only option but now they’re at end of their rope & must find alternate housing.

There is insurance on the home but it will barely cover amount owed; none to rebuild or replace. Allen was retired as master Plumber. He now plans to return to work when he is healed to rebuild his life & provide for his wife.

Right know he needs a place to stay while he heals...And also some hope that he will get through it all . Please help with any amount you can . I know how difficult this year has been for all of us in some way . I assure you what ever you can donate will mean a lot to Allen and his wife . One can only imagine how they feel to have suddenly lost their home in an instant...And also have to deal with serious injuries and doctor visits . They are in a bind and truly need help!
