Help the Woods family during Cancer journey.

I am raising money for my Dad, Dennis Woods. He is bravely battling Stage 4 non-small cell lung cancer, which has spread to his lymph nodes and esophagus. A backstory for you all: My Dad, Dennis, is not my biological dad. Without hesitation, he stepped up to the plate of being my Dad. He has been in my life since I was 10 months old. Every memory, that I have as a young child, has him in it. He taught me my bedtime prayers, important car, and truck mechanics, how to drive a stick shift and most importantly - what a Godly man is like. God provided me with an amazing Dad. And I am so thankful that he raised me as his own. Last Christmas I asked him to adopt me, so that I can completely be his daughter. We have not been able to finish the adoption paperwork because of COVID and his diagnosis, but we are still working on it. My Dad is an amazing man. He is a wonderful husband, proud father, and adoring Papaw to the people in his life. Just like so many other people, we were not prepared for the life altering cancer diagnosis. Since October, his personal income has been reduced to zero and disability will take up to six months to go through all the processes. My mom has taken on all the financial responsibilities, while only being able to work part-time due to her taking my Dad to and from chemotherapy, radiation and being his caretaker. I am asking for help from our family, friends, co-workers, and fellow Christians. All donations and prayers will be much appreciated, and I thank you for being a blessing to our family.
