Help Belle get a new plate !

Hi everyone ! My puppy belle needs to undergo surgery to repair a broken plate ! This is our only resort , otherwise we have to put her down. I don’t want to lose my baby, anything and everything helps. She’s a 1 year old red Doberman, the biggest sweetheart to exist .
