Help with Michael’s Memorial Expenses

Hello Friends and Family, We are reaching out to you with heavy hearts in an effort to garner help for the financial burdens that funeral expenses bring. Unfortunately, our dad, Michael Hurst’s condition has taken a rapid turn for the worst, and his recovery chances are narrowing every day. Due to this, we need to be prepared to make the proper arrangements should he not come back to us. Our dad is a kind soul with quick wit who would probably laugh us into next year if he knew the heartache we are all enduring over him. He’s never wanted us to burden ourselves with the misfortune or pain he’s endured. Unfortunately for him, he’s raised four extremely loyal, caring, and hard-headed kids so he’ll just have to be okay with us all doing our best to help him and each other. We are creating this fundraiser to help with after-life costs because in Dad’s words, “I don’t want nobody to put me in a box and burn me.” And although he’s always had a way of making us feel better when we’ve had to think of these things, he’s always been serious in what he wants.
