Help save Boomer Baby

We were driving down 290 and someone several cars in front of us threw him out of the car. Poor Boomer was in shock and trying to drag himself away from the road. Tim and I turned the car around and Tim jumped out of the car to grab him. I wrapped him in a shirt we had in the car and we drove to the closest vet hospital we could find. Boomer has a broken hip and femor. He also has an injury to his eye and nose. The vet believes his eye and nose will be fine over time. The vet does not know about his leg and hip. The vet gave him antibiotics for now. He has to be seen weekly for his leg to be reset due to him growing and the splint getting too small. If his leg does not heal right over time he may lose the leg. The vet says he is about 2 to 3 weeks old. Please help us get him the help he needs to survive.
