Kimberly’s Fearless Fight

November 13, 2020 was a day of both indescribable joy and heartbreaking tragedy. My wife and I were scheduled to finalize our 3rd adoption for our 7 year old little girl, Amelia Belle Nava. The ceremony was a zoom call that was to take place early that morning. At the same time, my wife Kimberly was undergoing a medical procedure. Sadly, she was not able to attend the adoption ceremony. Shortly after the ceremony was over, I received a call from the hospital stating that I needed to return back. I met my wife in the recovery room and a few minutes later the doctor came in and gave us the news. He told us that my wife has cancer. Our emotions went from happiness to being stunned and shocked. In one day, my wife became a brand new mother and also was diagnosed with cancer. It can be very easy to immediately be angry and question, “Why?” But ultimately we know that God is our healer. We are praying for Him to completely heal my wife, Kimberly, so that she can see her children grow up and so she can be a mother to them. More than anything, I ask for your prayers. They are very much appreciated. We also know that we will be facing mounting medical bills and loss time from work. We are asking for your help. Any donation amount will help us.
