Multiple sclerosis changed everything

Hello. The last year and a half has been a whirlwind of misfortunes for myself and family. Here's my story. I've been having odd symptoms for 15 years now but shrugged them off. A nurse by trade and mother of 3, I didn't take the time to take care of myself. In April 2019, I had a very bad vertigo episode that scared me so much, I went to see a neurologist. In July 2019, I was diagnosed with early onset dementia and peripheral neuropathy related to April episode. This was caused by a small stroke. My right side was effected, but I kept working. In August 2019, my beautiful daughter and oldest child died by gunshot wound to the head. In October, I went back to work. Then began my neurologist running test after test thinking I have multiple sclerosis. Finally, through a spinal tap, ms was confirmed in July 2020. I kept working. I managed to work until beginning of Sept. I had such an ms flare from working so much and stress, I physically could not function. A lawyer applied for ssdi for me, but said be prepared. It could be 6 months before I receive any benefits. I started aquatic therapy which was really helping, but then I had to stop. A gallbladder attack ended up putting me in the hospital. My surgeon wants to biopsy my gallbladder before removal to make sure it isn't cancerous. I was supposed to have procedure done on Nov 10th, but my pre op covid test came positive. Now my household is quarantined for 14 days. I had to go to hospital today because of worsening symptoms. I was diagnosed with covid pneumonia. I am always very careful, but am on immunosuppressant for ms, so my positive covid was disheartening, but not surprising. We are living off my spouse's ssdi which isn't much. I am asking for financial assistance to fix our car and pay some household bills. Mechanic said $350 and to be careful driving because at any moment my right front wheel could fly off the car. Our car payments are behind. We need to keep internet going because kids are both remote learners. We have enough each month to pay rent, car insurance and phone bill. That's it. We are slowly sinking. Trying to stay above water, but almost drowning. I know times are tough for everyone, but I decided to ask for help. Not very good at this because I'm used to being a helper. As a mom and a nurse, taking care of others is an ingrained personality trait. Thank you. Appreciate it.
