Help Harold Cova survive The CARCINOMA

My name is Harold Cova, I’m 77 years old. I live in Caracas, Venezuela. I’m a father and a grandfather, I retired and have never smoked. During the summer of 2020 I went for a medical check up after experiencing serious discomfort in my throat. There were polyps found on my vocal cords. Further examination and surgery followed and a biopsy was taken. Analysis showed that these polyps on my vocal cords were cancerous and malignent CARCINOMA. The treatment to combat these cancerous cells is RADIATION THERAPY, to be started as soon and aggressive as possible to ensure the remission of the CARCINOMA, otherwise the consequences will be fatal. Venezuela is facing an economic crisis where hyperinflation and shortages are a given. The public health sector has been seriously affected by this crisis, rendering state owned hospitals and public specialized health providers in precarious conditions. Lengthy waiting lists and extensive waiting time imply that it could take years before I can start receiving any specialized treatment. The private health sector is the only option at the moment: the RADIATION THERAPY, medicines and further controls are expected to cost up to $11000. For me this is unaffordable, it is impossible to pay for RADIATION THERAPY on a pension of the equivalent of $ 2,25 per month.
