Hi, so I’m Samantha and I have a 9 year old daughter. It’s a long story, but I’ll try to keep it short. I’m a single mom and receive no child support. I just moved to a new place at the end of December. I’m still furloughed from my job and am only receiving 180/week from unemployment right now. Waiting on congress to get their act together.
Also my phone just broke and it’s a goner. The metro store told me it’s not fixable and I need a new phone. I borrowed a phone from a friend, but they need it back. So I need about $200 for that alone. I need my phone as I am trying to start working from home and it’s a necessity.
This money will be used for helping with rent/food/bills/essentials to get us by for a bit. My kid has asthma so she is increased risk for covid.
Also this living situation is very temporary so this is also to help me get funds to rent my own place for us by spring of 2021.This environment I'm in is much more toxic than the last. My kid and I need out of here asap.
