Due to a major case of mis-diagnosis and neglect to treat a infection by emergency room, our baby has had to endure 2 major surgeries and removal of her carotid artery. Thank God her parents had the instinct to get a second opinion, which saved her life. She is now in , what will be a lengthy recovery phase of this nightmare. Her parents , Lisa and Joey, my neice and nephew are doing shifts at pediatric intensive care unit and juggling caring for their other 3 children, one being a newborn.
